Yesterday my bestie, Kandice & I kept texting about cinnamon rolls...like all day.

After smoking some of the strain Blueberry Muffin I decided to make some flaky, vegan, cinnamon roll, monkey bread for us and give the recipe to YOU, cuz that's what friends do!

•Vegan Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread with Infused Icing•

1 can (vegan) Flaky Biscuit dough

2 tsp Vegan Butter

2 tblsp Cinnamon

1/3 cup Granulated Sugar

3 tsp Brown Sugar

1/4 cup Pecans (optional)

1 cup Powdered Sugar

1/4 tsp Vanilla

1 tblsp Plant Milk

25 mgs of tincture or infused coconut oil

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 375°

• Butter a loaf pan or a small 8x8" pan with 1 tsp of the butter leaving chunks on the bottom.

• Next sprinkle all of the brown sugar and pecans on the bottom of the pan.

• In a Mixing bowl mix together cinnamon and granulated sugar.

• Open biscuit can. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces, then roll each piece in the cinnamon and sugar mixture and drop them on top of the brown sugar in your buttered pan. Piling them on top of each other.

•Once all of the pieces are in the pan put them in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 mins.

• While those are baking make the glaze. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, plant milk, and tincture to a mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth. (For thicker, creamier, cinnabon-style icing you can add 1 to 2 tblsp vegan cream cheese.)

• Once the monkey bread is done baking, pull it from the oven and let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Once the monkey bread is slightly cooled, drizzle on the icing and serve!
